Our Unlimited PDH system works with your email and your Unlimited PDH code. Your code will start with ENGR and follow a series of letters and numbers. You would have received this code when you purchased your Unlimited PDH. If you do not have your code, reach out to support to retrieve it.

Completion records for our Florida Rules course (RUL-124) are sent to the DBPR at the end of each day. It takes 48-96 hours for the DBPR to process our course record submittals and show the record on your FL dashboard. Many customers report it taking longer than 98 hours, sometimes up to a week. If you do not see your RUL-124 course record on your FL dashboard within a week of completing the course, please let us know, and we can follow up with the DBPR.

You will find the links to the course online exams in the downloaded course PDF. For PDF based courses the exam link is on page 2 or 3 on the page which lists the exam questions for review. Video based courses have the exams at the conclusion of the video. A link to the video course exams can also be found in the downloaded course PDF.
